Robota AN Binh Duong

We designed and constructed Robata AN, a Japanese teppan restaurant that opened in a new city in Binh Duong Province, a developing suburb of Ho Chi Minh City. The surrounding area is home to many Korean and Taiwanese factories, so we created the interior design with the Asian expatriates as the main target. We aimed to create a dynamic and unique space by using traditional Japanese materials and elements and dynamically arranging them within the space. We hoped that the design would be memorable not only to those who visit the restaurant, but also to passersby through the all-glass façade, drawing people into the lively interior and encouraging them to enter the restaurant.
